Please remember that prep and clean-up are included in your reservation time. Book enough time for clean up.

The space may not be used for an event without prior approval and authorization.

Glitter, paper confetti, and fireworks are not permitted

No smoking, e-cigarettes, electronic smoking or drugs are permitted.

Animals and pets are not permitted without prior authorization.

Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you

We do not offer refunds for cancellations

We do not provide cleaning supplies

​You may arrive 15 min. early for your shoot, but if there is a shoot before you, we ask for you to wait to enter until your scheduled time.

Please place all props/equipment back in the original location, place trash in the trash bin. 

Take all personal belongings with you, and turn off the lights.

Please be courteous of shoots after you and make sure to exit when your reservation time is up. 

If any of these policies are violated during your shoot, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees.

PAYMENT TERMS.

The total lease agreement full payment due, based on a rate as detailed in Lessor’s cost of use, is due and payable prior to or on the rental date, at the time any rented space or equipment is used or picked up ( before it leaves the studio).
Charges will be computed from the effective date of this agreement until the equipment or rental period is returned or complete.

CANCELLATION:

Should the Lessee need to cancel a confirmed venue rental date or time specified will be due per the following terms:

Cancellation within 25-48 hours of confirmed rental dates: refund 100% of deposit paid. refund 0% of any expenses incurred by Lessor.

Cancellation within 24 or less hours of confirmed rental order: refund 0% of deposit paid. refund 0% any expenses incurred by Lessor.

Deposits are non-transferable or applicable to other rental dates/time unless decided before 24 hours of dates booked.

Security cameras and recording devices

For everyone’s safety, the studio is equipped with clearly visible surveillance cameras in the studio space that may be monitored and recorded at any time. There are no recording devices in bathrooms or dressing areas.

• Fog machine
  We have an in-house fog machine that may be rented and used within our guidelines.

• Confetti
  Confetti with large pieces able to be quickly swept up and thrown away after
  the shoot may be considered. NO Glitter allowed.

• Pets / Animals
  Certain pets and/or animals may be allowed for photography sessions.
  Please reach out for potential permission.

• Paint
  Exceptions may be a branded session for an artist, etc. where paint is used on a contained surface or area. Rentee would be responsible for any…

• Vehicles
  If you require a vehicle for your shoot, please reach out to discuss.
  We allow commercial photography of vehicles in front of our Cyc wall at an additional cost.

During weekday rentals, please keep the Bluetooth speaker at or below volume level 3. No outside speakers or sound systems are permitted. Please be considerate of our building business neighbors. - Be respectful of the other businesses in the building by keeping noise levels in the hallway to a whisper, not holding the elevator, not propping open the entrance door, and keeping all photography, videography, activities and belongings strictly within the studio. - No smoking or drug use in the studio or on the building premises at any time. - No pets - No Nudity - No more than 10 people - Be extra cautious not to scrape the floor or scratch the walls when moving anything in the studio. Do not move the dressing table or mirror, the storage cabinets, or the coffee station items. - If you, your client(s), or your guest(s) damage or take any equipment, you will be charged the full retail replacement cost. - Use the black remote to operate the wall-mounted seamless backdrop system. Furniture and decorations may be moved

While the props and furniture have been equipped with sliders, bumpers, etc. wherever possible, please be extra cautious not to scrape the floor or scratch the walls when moving anything in the studio. Do not move the dressing table or mirror, the storage cabinets, or the coffee station items. The mantel requires two people to move to prevent damage to the floor, so plan accordingly. The large plants are on rolling bases for your convenience.

This 1288sf natural light studio is conveniently located in Plaza Midwood, just outside of Uptown Charlotte. The space is uniquely equipped for either natural light or blackout studio lighting, and it’s curated with modern furniture and prop options.
